Module 5 Assignment A - Web 2.0 Evaluation

Which Date Works

Which Date Works is a website made to make planning easier. It is free and easy to sign up for. The person that is planning an event can easy create the event and send an invite to the people's email address that are being invited. Once the person receives the invite they can select dates that they are available to participate in said event. Once everyone has responded, the event creator can select the final event date based off of the other people's dates that they are available. You can also review past events and invitations on your free profile that you create.
With Which Date Works, students can plan times to meet and work on projects. Also, teachers can use this tool as a way to setup parent-teacher conferences and meetings. This will allow parents to schedule things around their schedule rather than the school's schedule. Hopefully, this tool will make it where more people can be involved. It will also relieve the pressure of trying to schedule events when there are a lot of people involved.

Reverb
Reverb is a free task management website. It allows you to create project task list and manage things that need to be done and what you have already completed. Reverb can be used to share files and information with anyone. You can also discuss projects and task at hand right in the forum. Reverb allows you to share multiple projects on their site within your profile. Reverb allows you access to see who has worked on and completed what. It keeps up with this information and compiles it in one simple area.
Reverb would be great for Project Based Learning. Students can use Reverb to manage their projects and their project's checklist. Teachers can use Reverb to keep up with student's progress on their projects, and to see who has completed what. Reverb can be used for many things. It could also be used for faculty and staff to create events or projects amongst their selves.
